1. Introduction Welcome to MycoHarvest.in. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including fresh mushrooms, dried mushrooms, mushroom powders/soups, growing kits, sponges/seeds, and compost. By accessing our site or purchasing from us (online or offline), you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Usage

  • Fresh Produce: Fresh mushrooms are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities based on harvest cycles.

  • Growing Kits & Spawn: These are biological products. While we maintain strict sterility, the success of the harvest depends heavily on the user's environment and care.

  • Commercial Use (B2B): For bulk orders (restaurants/hotels), specific invoicing and supply contracts may apply in addition to these terms.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Scope: We ship non-perishable items (Dried Mushrooms, Powders, Kits, Compost) Pan-India. Fresh mushroom delivery is restricted to local areas near our production facilities and select Tier-1 cities to ensure quality.

  • Customer Responsibility: You must ensure someone is available to receive the package. MycoHarvest is not liable for spoilage caused by missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or failure to refrigerate fresh products immediately upon receipt.

4. Returns and Refunds We stand by the quality of our cultivation. However, due to the nature of our products, the following policies apply:

  • Fresh Mushrooms:

    • You must inspect items immediately upon delivery.

    • Refunds are only issued if there is a defect from our side (e.g., spoilage during transit due to our packaging, wrong item sent).

    • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Growing Kits (The "Batch Guarantee"):

    • If a kit fails to grow, we analyze the Batch Number of your product against our control samples and other sold products.

    • If the batch is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

    • If the batch was successful for other customers, we conclude the failure was due to environmental factors or failure to follow the "Step-by-Step Guide" provided on our website. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  • Processing Time:

    • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 15 working days.

5. Health Disclaimer

  • Food Safety: Fresh mushrooms must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.

  • Allergies: Consumers are responsible for verifying they are not allergic to mushrooms or fungi.

  • Medical Advice: MycoHarvest products (including powders and soups) are food supplements. We do not claim to cure or treat any medical conditions. Consult a healthcare professional before adding new supplements to your diet.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rahata, Ahilyanagar (MH).
